Can you tell us a bit about your background?
After completing my master’s degree in Tax Law and Wealth Management at La Sorbonne University, I actively trained in law firms in Paris, Shanghai, and Hong Kong (DLA Piper, Deloitte, KPMG) before becoming a French-qualified lawyer. These experiences helped me develop a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in an international context. I am fluent in French, Mandarin Chinese, and English.
I have always been passionate about technology and its impact on our daily lives. Streamlining payments, improving financial literacy, and enabling secure transactions are aspects that motivate me every day. Fintech and crypto-assets represent the future of finance, and I am excited to be part of this growth, witnessing the changing regulatory environment while contributing to driving innovation.
What excites you about working for Cosegic?

I am passionate about helping my clients, and while I focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with them, I always strive to provide 360-degree advice that is accurate, precise, yet simple for my clients to understand.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I am passionate about supporting my clients and solving their problems. Being entrusted to provide strategic advice that helps them achieve regulatory compliance is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to strive for excellence every day.
What areas do you see as the biggest challenges, and what opportunities come with them?
The regulator often refers to the principle of proportionality when addressing certain aspects of regulatory compliance. From a firm’s perspective, adopting a proportionate approach can be challenging, particularly in balancing compliance requirements with the need for innovation and growth. I see this as both a challenge and an opportunity, as it allows me to play a key role in calibrating the approach to ensure compliance while fostering innovation and supporting the firm’s continued development.
What are you working on at the moment?
Operational resilience is currently a key focus for my clients, and I am dedicated to providing them with the best possible advice as they prepare for the upcoming compliance deadline in March 2025.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
The best piece of advice I have been given is to keep learning and stay curious. Continuous learning and self-improvement are essential for both personal and professional growth, helping me adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world.

Outside of work, what keeps you busy?
I am an amateur Thai boxing fighter, and I have recently started coaching female Thai boxing sessions. My goal is to empower women through my passion for Thai boxing (Muay Thai).
